Subject	I'm looking for ideas of how to get permanent marker off

Message	No idea how, but there is black permanent marker on the white line of my headlinght knob. You can see the one I'm referring to in the pic. I've tried everything from orange clean to goo gone to simple green. I can't get it to even smear. Any thoughts on what chemicals/scrubs might be able to get the marker off while not damaging the plastic dial or white paint on it? ps-thanks yugobernie for having that image on your site
